Will I receive confirmation after making my donation?
Yes. Once your donation has been successfully processed, a confirmation email will be sent immediately to your registered email address.

When you successfully set up your monthly donation for the first time, you will also receive a digital Monthly Donor Certificate. If you do not receive these emails, please check your Spam or Junk folder first. If you still cannot find them, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

What happens if my monthly payment fails?
If we are unable to process your monthly donation, we will notify you by email. Our system will automatically attempt to process your donation again the following month using your existing payment method. If you wish to update your payment information, change your payment method, or need assistance, please contact us.

Can I cancel my monthly donation at any time?
Yes. You may cancel your monthly donation at any time by contacting us. If you would like to pause your donations or adjust your monthly gift instead, we would be happy to help you find the option that best meets your needs.

Can I update my payment information or change my payment method?
Yes. If your credit card details, expiration date, or other payment information change, please contact us by phone or email and we will be happy to update your information.

If you wish to change to another payment method (such as bank autopay or Direct Debit Authorisation), additional authorisation procedures may be required and processing may take longer.

Can I change my monthly donation amount?
Yes. If you wish to increase or decrease your monthly donation, update your payment information, change your payment method, or have any questions about your monthly giving, please contact us.

Will I receive a donation receipt?
Yes. Donations HK$100 or more within a fiscal year are tax-deductible in Hong Kong. An annual donation receipt will be issued after the end of each fiscal year.

How will my donation be used?
Your donation supports the community services provided by HOPE worldwide, including children's education and development programs, senior care and home support services, volunteer programs, and community initiatives. It also helps sustain the administrative and operational resources needed to deliver these essential services.

Your generosity enables us to respond to changing community needs while bringing hope, care, and support to children, seniors, families, and others in need.
